No. As long as we have safe access to your yard, you do not need to be home during service.

What happens if my gate is locked or you can’t access the yard?
If we cannot access the yard, the visit may still be charged. We always recommend ensuring gates are unlocked and accessible on service day.
Do you clean the whole yard or just certain areas?
We clean any areas your pets use, including backyards, side yards, and other designated spaces. Just let us know your preferences when you sign up.
